Customer service on arrival was poor. Then told we couldn't have table booked for original time as kitchen were changing to cook a different menu. The treatment was not what I asked for and I did not expect to have more than one therapist. Treatment room was cold. Facilities were nice and was lovely to sit out and enjoy the sun.

Had a great time at the manor and fab massage. Was enjoy the facilities until was bombarded by kids screaming and jumping in the pool. This spoilt the chilled out atmosphere I went for. Couldnt fault everything else spot on.

Overall a nice experiance. Little disapoited their were no slippers available. Not good having to walk from the pool area to treament room in barefoot and back again after a foot massage. Didnt bring flipflops as we thought slippers would be provided. So my foot massage was more or less a waste of time.

Overall had a great day just a couple of things would be better if the windows to the pool open onto the terrace area and need more sun loungers rather tables n chairs and also more staff to serve drinks Tec. The food was delicious and treatments very relaxing. Think you need to extend the overall size of the facilities
