I've been visiting the manor for alot of years but recently it seems so unorganised, your always waiting around for staff if you ask for something or even waiting to be seated in the restaurant. Food is averaged and over priced and presentation is atrocious so wont be eating in again, staff are nice though and hotel has a lovely feel to it.. It's a great price for what you get.

The massage was lovely but wasnt 25mins as stated. It lasted 15mins with 5 mins at the start to get to room and get ready then same at the end so I think it was over priced for the actual treatment time.

Best spa day. Staff were so helpful and genuinely friendly. Beautiful place to relax and the risotto was the best I've tasted albeit too much to eat but hey you can't grumble at too much food

This is the 9th time visiting the spa at Manor House Hotel and we have had another amazing day. We enjoyed a very relaxing time with two treatments and delicious lunch.

I had a really lovely visit to The Manor and the price was unbeatable so cant really complain. My only piece of constructive criticism would be regarding the back, neck and shoulder massage, it was fantastic for the back, however I would have liked to have a bit more on the shoulder area.
The food was absolutely beautiful and the staff were really helpful and chatty.
Will definitely return.
Overall great experience.
