Really enjoyed the day however if it wasn't for the lovely weather I'm not sure I would have enjoyed it that much. The facilities weren't as clean as I had hoped. I came last August and was very disappointed with my treatments as I asked for a firm massage and basically got tickled for 25min! and unfortunatly it was the same this time around. The girl doing my treatments was chewing gum the whole time and it was disgusting!! I know you can't help being ill but I did not appreciate her coughing and sneezing and then not washing her hands before touching my skin and she didn't even apologise! I think that is disgusting!! Not impressed!
The food was lovely however my mam asked the receptionist to check if there was butter on the potato as she doesn't like it and it makes her sick. The girl went into the kitchen and then walked straight out, did even acknowledge that my mum had asked her to check. When the food came there was butter on it, my mam didn't want to make a scene and ate as much as she could. Rubbish customer service!
I would like to say that I would return however after 2 bad experiences I think I'd rather take my family and friends somewhere else... such a shame because it is s close to my house and so cheap compared to the rest of them.
