A surprisingly perfect day. We were very apprehensive before we got there as I had wanted to confirm a couple issues before we came but was never able to speak or even get through to anyone on the telephone. As it happened we were very satisfied with everything !

Great place with great staff. Not enough lounging chairs to relax and the broken coffee machine in restaurant meant coffee had to come from spa so was not as hot as it should be. Allow loads of time for lunch as even though it is pre ordered it takes time to arrive.

Have been to the hotel for treatments and to stop over on various occasions, and love it! It has a lovely atmosphere, great staff, and lovely treatments.
It is a shame that there are only 2 beds round the pool, as when you are totally relaxed you just want to lay out. It can get a bit squashed. Overall though it is a really great place.
