Had lovely day, facilities were nice, food was good, treatments were relaxing. The only negative was that we had booked a package that said we would receive a glass of sparkling wine each on arrival, which we didn't, but only remembered after we had left.

Disappointed was the word of the day. The reception area in the Spa was nice and the changing rooms were ok but it went hill from there unfortunately. Luckily we had cash on us as we were asked to pay £10 deposit on each gown which was returnable but they do not take cards. Gown was not even worth £10 as mine has stitching coming away. They do provide you with towels but these were small and thin, terrible quality for a spa! Our treatment was early and the room was quite cold and the towels they use to cover you were not warmed. The therapist did put the heater on halfway through my massage when she realised I was cold. The actual pool area is tired looking and the the two loungers were dirty and coming away. I didn't use the sauna but the steam room was fine. Finally we were taken to the lounge for lunch. The staff were very unattentive once there. In fact one couple came in and found themselves a table after standing waiting for five mins with no-one coming out to see them. Again the cleaning In the lounge was not of a high standard. The window sills had dead flies and wasps on them and there were cob webs . This place could be lovely with a good clean, updating equipment and some staff training.

Really enjoyed my spa day would highly recommend this. Staff very friendly food was beautiful. 5 star goes also to the girls who actually did our treatments .Will definitely be returning certainly value for money.
