Unfortunately I won't be recommending this Spa to anyone I know. We started off with a meal in the lounge before entering the spa. We chose paninis as we thought they would be quick and then we could spend more time in the spa, we had to wait 45 minutes for these while sitting in a dark muggy room wondering if we were going to be seated elsewhere.
First impressions of the spa was the smell. Changing rooms were cramped and had a strong smell of urine. Swimming pool was okay although the shallow end had a foisty smell. The spa area itself was very cramped and does not look spacious as the photo perceives. There are only two sun loungers in the whole spa, which both had someone else's towels on for the whole time I was there so I guess they work on a first come first served basis. For the three hours I spent in the spa, there was litter on the tables that had not been cleaned away and also some broken chairs left out.
The sauna and steam room are okay, but they definitely need some TLC to clean mildew and rotting doorframes.
The two treatments I received (massages and facial) were both very nice. I'm glad I had these treatments booked as they were sadly the only part of the whole experience I enjoyed.
I will not be returning to the Manor House Spa in the future.

The first thing that hits you is the musty smell as you enter the spa , you just know it's going to be a dirty run down place and it was! Towelling robes were grey not white and fluffy, towels were aged and certainly not fluffy! No flip flops supplied. Changing rooms were smelly and cramped, poolside was very small and tables were covered with empty plastic cups and litter. Poolside wasn't tidied in the four hours of our stay. Service in the retaurant was disgraceful , Treatments were satisfactory but no more than that! Overall a bad experience of this spa which I would not recommend , I would never go again.

2nd visit to the spa and enjoyed the experience very much. Staff were friendly and professional and checkin was easy and straight forward. Will definitely be returning again in the near future. Lovely location.
