Regretfully this visit was not as good as previous ones. The room was very cold, I was told it would warm up but it didn't. The beautician didn't explain what she was doing or ask if I wanted the head "scrub" with the facial. It wasn't a head massage. Facial itself was fine. Aftercare advice was given, "avoid makeup for a couple of hours and drink plenty of water". Normally you are offered a glass of water after a treatment but I wasn't. Perhaps she also thought I didn't want any conversation at all?

First visit to The Manor House Hotel and Spa . We went as a family of 6 and all of us had the most enjoyable day. The treatments were amazing and the food was second to none. Staff extremely friendly and very professional. We got the Spa day as part of a Groupon deal and it was worth every penny .

My Daughter and I spent a spa day here recently and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience, from arriving to leaving. Lovely chilled day, with a lovely lunch and fantastic treatments. Would highly recommend this and can't wait to re visit.

This was the first visit to the spa. Service was good and the staff were friendly. This is a basic spa facility, however this is exactly what we wanted and needed. Will definitely return. Thanks

It was lovely, nice and clean, friendly staff, nice atmosphere and not too busy. It could have been a little cleaner, there were chunks of hair around the poolside, as we were the first people in that morning it must have been from the day before. Apart from that it was nice, I would go again and I thought it was great value for money.
