Friendly staff and excellent treatments.
Only downside is that there are no loungers by the pool and it was very busy in the afternoon.

Good value for money! Treatments themselves lovely but room where treatments take place could do with soundproofing... can hear cars and vans outside, traffic noise etc which slightly ruins the ambience. Afternoon tea was lovely but could have had more of a savoury selection rather than mostly cakes... I.E a couple more sandwiches or pork pie or something? I think the spa facilities could benefit with more service too. Refreshments etc available by the pool but you have to go to reception if you want anything.. there was plenty of staff around when we visited for them to plan in someone to occasionally pop by and ask if anyone wants anything. That would improve the experience a lot I feel. The waitress when we went for afternoon tea was too loud! Everyone else had a very relaxed and polite tone and she was just very gruff, blunt and loud. Myself and my partner both commented that she wasn’t really a suitable match for a spa surrounding and would be better suited to a cafe or something! For the money paid however it’s excellent value. Facilities clean, staff friendly, treatments themselves were very relaxing.

I really enjoyed the treatments but suffered after massage because of my bad back. The food was very tasty. I will definitely be back again.
