Lovely and relaxing although coffee making facilities would have been nice.
The treatment rooms are good and Vanessa is excellent with the body masssages ! Overall experience very good.

I had the Groupon package, £39 with two treatments. In the massage I asked 3 times for firm pressure but all I got was very light/no pressure at all. I was very disappointed with this and rather than relax me this actually stressed me out as the light/no pressure on my skin was annoying. The place itself is badly in need of regeneration. The grey walls in the pool area really darkened the place and made it look dingy and they had mould on them, and condensation constantly dripped from the ceiling onto our heads. The Jacuzzi was very small and the cold water jets were on the actual seat part and hurt the skin as you sat on them. The changing rooms were also in bad need of an update, with sawn out holes in the bench for the hairdryers making it look very scruffy. The whole place was not really the relaxing atmosphere that one wants from a spa day. The lunch was very nice. I was really looking forward to this spa day, so much that I had actually bought another voucher to bring my friend at a later date. I'm not particularly looking forward to this now.
