Enjoyable day, treatments were lovely.... great facial! Tasty 2 course lunch included with exceptional service, however need to be infirmed prior to visit to bring appropriate footwear.... flip flops etc, lounging area was very cold, but apart from that had a lovely day

Very lovely experience staff amazing although the colour scheme seemed a little dark in the pool area other than that changing rooms could do with a spruce up but much needed chill out successfully carried out xx

Honestly couldnt fault it. Hotel looked lovely and cosy as we arrived, which was perfect on a dark, rainy afternoon. We quickly saw the girl at reception and got taken for our cream tea. Then we decided to have a dip in the pool and relax in time jacuzzi before our treatments. Everywhere looked cosy and friendly and our treatments were fab. Best neck and shoulder massage I’ve had. The value was also great got the whole thing for £40 each with a wowcher voucher and added a hair mask which was only £3. They’re usually at least £10 in a salon. Definitely would recommend it and return.

We had a lovely relaxing couple of hours at manor house , spa area ad facilties are small you could not spend a full day as not big enough.jacuzzi could only fit 4 people in and i jadnt planned on sharing witha hairy old man. Towels and robes were dirty and old & tired smelt foisty. The treatment room also spelt foisty not what youd excpect from a spa , cd music kept sticking the place it self is run down . Water machine & toilettes was dirty . It was cold also in treatment rooms & conservatory area ... also kept steaming up and water leaking ever were ... the meal we got wasnt great bland and dirty glasses & cuttlery on table ... over all id give 2.5 stars you get what you pay for i wouldnt expect a luxury spa day

Lovely day!
The ambiance was lovely, very friendly helpful staff, took the optional extra of hair mask and body mask for £6.00.
Massage was lovely not too rough very though and relaxing. Therapist talked me through all stages of my treatments. It would have been nice to know what products were used.
Food was delicious it took a while to be served but staff were clearly busy and between two menus.
Hot stone relaxation beds would have been nice and an easier way to order drinks in the spa ( you need to go back to reception to order) would be advantageous.
