A little disappointed with this visit. Some of the spa facilities were not in use which we were not informed about. Extra cost for oils used in treatment. This was not explained verbally on consent sheet which was a poor photocopy. Also what would somebody do if they could not read. Showers very dirty.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. I found the pool a bit on the cool side. The steam room didn’t appear to be working however was working the next day when we visited. Enjoyed my massage and would definately return

I brought my mother here as a birthday gift. Over all the spa is a nice place but with some basic adjustments it could have been lovely. The staff were very friendly and the treatments were surprisingly good. The sauna, hot tub and pool were pleasant, though the pool area is rather dark and in general is in need of a deep clean. Afternoon tea was pleasant; again the staff were very accommodating. However, as we had a voucher for afternoon cream tea I would expect something more than a cup of tea and a scone- even some small sandwiches would have been acceptable. To conclude, if it is your first visit to a spa it is satisfactory, but I doubt I shall be returning.

Spa is looking a bit tired in places but it was good value for money and the lunch and treatments were nice. We enjoyed our day.
