Although the hotel itself is a little tired and could do with a lick of paint the spa treatments were fabulous and the staff had excellent customer care . Bring dripped on in the conservatory wasn’t pleasant !

Good value for money stay. Lovely bedrooms, good quality bedding. The food is of a very high standard. Spa area needs some improvements - i.e. steam room didn't work properly and changing rooms/showers are shabby. Treatments and treatments rooms are very good. 4 of us had the same treatment, but only myself got charged an extra £6 when it was supposed to be included in the deal? ( shoulder massage). Overall i would recommend for a nice break with friends.

The staff were friendly but in the spa area it was cold and so was the hot tub (windows left open because of the condensation). The restaurant was also a little bit cold and was noisy because of the kitchen and also not much choice on the menu.
