Great day food was lovely as were the treatments. Only thing that let it down was the pool was cold as was the hot tub due to maintenance been carried out on it

Spa visit was good although no robes available due to laundry issue we were found robes due to a cancellation but mine stank of sun tan oil

Standards of cleanliness very poor- dirt in the changing rooms, dust in toilets, sanitary bin over flowing. Supervision for pool limited- couple kissing and touching each other in the jacuzzi, pool and loungers (Male also spat in the jacuzzi). Staff communication needs improving. On arrival no one told us where to go for lunch so we sat by the pool for an hour waiting only to be told it was in another building. Treatments good. Lunch very disappointing. Waitress who served us was VERY insistent of getting payment for two cokes as soon as we ordered them. Then found a long hair embedded in the bottom of my pate. Waitress then offered me free prosecco (I don’t drink). I said no but thought maybe if she hadn’t been so hassley to get us to pay for the cokes she could have given this complimentary. Kitchen then gave me and extra fishcake and chips- again nice touch but would rather have just had the coke free.
