Massage was great then I paid to have my nails done and all I can say they were absolutely terrible my 4 year old daughter could of done a better job

I’ve given 4 stars for facilities only because the jacuzzi wasn’t working but we were given passes to come back when it was. Everything else was fantastic. Excellent day.

Excellent day. Whirlpool out of order but given free pass to return. Treatments were fabulous. Lunch....well I would not describe it as light. Food was delicious

Brilliant spa day weitj my friends, staff couldn't have been more helpful! 4* instead of 5 for facilities as the Jacuzzi was not working. Otherwise all excellent

It was very disappointing that the half of the spa equipment was not working namely the jacuzzi and the steam room. The coffee's were not very hot either. this made what should have been a full spa day experience very short and we left after 2 hours.
