Me and my cousin had booked this hotel from 10 until 12 December for a two night stay. Even prior to coming I had changed my dates twice and the staff were so helpful with my request. Upon arrival we were met with a warmth welcome. The hotel was so warm and had such a cosy feeling. In our room the heating wasn't working and we had advised the staff on our way out. We returned to a warm room as the staff had provided us with a stand heater. The morning breakfast was a buffet style plus you could order from their set menu. As vegetarians we were advised that separate pans were used for the frying of the vegetable sausages and the chef took our dietry requirement on board. We had booked further treatments at the spa, again we met with friendly staff who addressed all our questions. The Jacuzzi wasn't working but the other facilities were fine and clean. Our treatments were perfect and so relaxing. We would highly recommend this place.
No jacuzzi working. Only 4 padded cushions for ratan loungers. Massage started with cold oil on skin. Had paid extra for aromatherapy oil but could not smell it. Massage was extremely light when i had requested medium firmness. Lots of repetative same movements that were irritating more than relaxing. Opted for foot treatment and again paid extra for Parafin treatment. Heels not raised off bed so foot was only partially involved in the experience. I did suggest a rolled up towel may help but was ignored. The Parafin was VERY hot and this was brished on desite my saying it was a tad too hot. The Spa is letting down the rest of the Hotel which is lovely with attentive staff and good food.
