Treatments and staff lovely. Unfortunately the jacuzzi wasnt working. Would have been nice to have been told previously. Also not enough cushions for the loungers they are uncomfortable without them. Lunch was lovely. Would book again

I was disappointed with it this time. The Jacuzzi was not working. The pool was cold and so was the dining room/lounge. It was supposed to be a day of relaxing after my recent loss.

Bought from a groupon deal. No way would it be worth the full price.
Jacuzzi out of order which left the pool, sauna and steam room. All seemed a bit old and uninspiring.
Sun beds in the conservatory did not have any cushioning and the whole place was dripping in condensation with pools of water on the floor in the corner.
Think the whole place could do with a revamp as dated, and in need of a good deep clean.
Treatment was ok. Perhaps therapist was a little inexperienced but that’s no fault of her own and she was pleasant enough, although I did find the treatment room cool and the towel on the base of the massage bed was slightly damp in areas from the client before!
Food was very good and included in price so can’t complain at that. To be fair you get what you pay for and that is reflected in the price we paid. It’s certainly no Ramside Hall but not their prices either.
Would I return? Yes for a meal but absolutely not for the spa experience.

Near perfect. The only downside was that the jacuzzi was out of order. I’d never had any treatments before and the therapist was lovely and both treatments were amazing. I will definitely return
