Spa staff were very friendly on arriving & the four of us were really happy with our treatments, I do think you could make some improvements in a few areas of the spa-
1, No hooks on back of doors to hang robe while using toilet.
2, We noticed not only our robes were tatty but a lot of other guests too.
3, Magazines we picked up were 2016 & 2017.
We then ordered 3 cokes in the restaurant that came out flat & had to be sent back and then two of us were served still frozen white bread rolls with our pate starter which also had to be sent back.
P.s We didn’t receive a voucher that a member of staff mentioned when booking us in as the jacuzzi was out of order.

My wife and myself both found the weekend to be very relaxing
value for money and the massage was excellent we will definitely be
