Was my birthday treat. Masseur was lovely. Dead relaxing. Had back massage and facial. Lunch was nice. Service was spot on. Pity the jacuzzi was not working. Loved swim in pool.

Had a head message was nice but would have been better if the therapists didnt keep talking through my treatment!!also the Jacuzzi wasn't working. the place could realy do with a refurb as it's run down. shame realy as it could be a lovely place.

Not enough staff. That alone is a big problem. Two staff members serving at least 25-30 people. We waited ages. The spa needs house cleaning regular , it wasn't the cleanest. As for the treatment I asked for, back shoulders & neck massage but for some reason she never touched my neck. Wasn't the best experience and wouldn't return in a hurry.
