Was disappointed that the steam room and hot tub were not working, apart from those 2 things I couldn't fault anything, my daughter and I had an amazing day

My friend and I had an excellent spa day. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The therapist, Fran, gave a wonderful back massage and great facial. She was friendly, helpful and extremely professional. It was a very enjoyable day.

Staff very welcoming. Had treatments. Masseur was excellent. Jacuzzi not working. Sauna great. Steam room smelt a bit foisty. Could do with some menthol crystals or something. Staff in spa area lovely . Food ok. For the price nothing to complain about . Excellent value for money. Would deffinately go again .
