Really enjoyed the day, the staff were friendly and professional. We were a bit gutted the jacuzzi was out of order but did not ruin our day, we will definitely be back

I attended with my daughter and daughter in law as part of their Christmas present from myself...found all the staff very helpful and pleasant ,treatments were lovely,our lunch was nice ...the facilities are in need of some Upgrading in the changing area..not all lockers have keys ...In my opinion the poolside was very dirty so we didn’t enter the pool...I felt the whole spa area could do with a good deep clean..

Fantastic day we both had. It was a shame the jacuzzi was not working as me and my fiancé were looking to spending time in there. Our treatments was superb and all the staff were welcoming and very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend and will be letting friends and family know too.

Really enjoyed the visit and the overall day was excellent value for money. Only complaint was that the Jacuzzi was out of order.

The spa facilities were very dirty. Grime on the sides of the pool, jacuzzi broken and messy tables and rubbish on floor for hours. Lunch lovely but dirty seats in the restaurant. Treatment ok but rushed and definitely not 25 mins as advertised. Disappointed as been lovely in the past.
