The jaccuzzi was not working and we were not informed of this before we came, I know things do break but it would of been nice to be informed.

Pleasant as a belated birthday present from my husband. However therapist was full of cold and kept sniffing (which was not her fault) but I felt I couldn't relax as well as I would have liked. Pleasant staff all round.

On arrival at the spa there was a sign saying jacuzzi out of order until 15th of January and on reading reviews it had been out of use for quite a while then on looking around in the pool area and changing rooms they were dirty and unkept several chairs in the pool area were thread bare and holed the bath robes had stains on them however the hotel food was quite nice and the spa treatment area was nice and the staff were very professional overall experience was not good and we will not be returning even it it were a free gift
