All the staff were brilliant and friendly, We arrived late but we're still honoured our food which I thought was lovely. The Jacuzzi was not working which was the only down fall. I had read before hand that you had to hire the robes but we were given them upon arrival with a towel without a mention. The girl on the spa reception was really nice and went our of her way to make our experience an ease. Would definatly return.

Couldn't fault it took my mam for her birthday, the staff were friendly, food was lovely, spa was relaxing and my treatment was perfect

staff friendly and helpful. Food excellent. Mean to ask you to pay for aromatherapy oils for treatments, should be extra towels available. Also some updates needed in shower area. Some floor areas need a good scrub.
