No coffee on when we arrived. Managed to put a pot on. No brief on what time lunch would be. Just left in spa area until Julie arrived and asked a couple of times how we were. Massage was ok, scalp massage just felt like my hair was being pulled out. Started late (2.10pm) and finished bang on half past. Therapist seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Husband enjoyed his massage with Julie. Unfortunately we won’t be rushing back.

Excellent massage, the best I've had. Very friendly staff & the lunch from The running Fox was second to none.
My only suggestion for improvement is that there should be much more seating around the pool area because the main Spa area was far too hot.
