Running Fox tea was amazing. Facilities were fine. Back massage was very good. I just had a feeling that some of the staff were going through the motions. It was quite difficult to find staff if we needed anything and then when you found one they seemed to be the wrong staff, not responsible for what you wanted. However there were other staff who were very helpful.
Overall we had a good day. It would not have taken much for me to give it an excellent rating just a different staff attitude

This is a lovely, more intimate experience than many other spas I’ve been to. The facilities are great and the lounge area warm and welcoming. Therapists are friendly and skilled. Coffee and tea on tap, fresh fruit and the Running Fox afternoon tea delightful.
Small points for improvement- therapists could introduce themselves and more than one lounger by the pool would allow more people to relax horizontally! Thanks for a lovely day.
