My massage was amazing. My mum said that hers was too strong and it hurt her back.
The staff were lovely but unfortunately the sauna was broken and the hot beds were not very hot. The shower was cold
Even at its hottest temperature.
The food was amazing and there was loads spare to take home.
On previous occasions everything has been working well so hopefully this was just a one-off
