The spa is nice and it was a lovely treatment
The pre spa day information gathering could have been better as we weren’t asked regarding choices for treatment and food options beforehand
A number of “local” facilities users were rude - complaining that there were too many day visitors and that there wasn’t room for them on beds and in changing rooms
We have booked again and have given all of our requests at point of booking
Hopefully the rude regulars won’t be upset by the visitors

Daisy did my massage and was absolutely amazing. i’m a rather curvy lady of a certain age and i felt i would be slightly embarrassed , but no daisy kept my dignity at all times she was professional and amazing at the massage and i would travel up again from north Yorkshire. thank-you Daisy x
