From walking through the door the girls were lovely. The treatments were fantastic,so relaxing. It's a lovely spa.Afternoon tea was amazing. Would definitely reccomend the full spa day.Its such a lovely treat.

I really enjoy spa days at the Secret Spa. The treatments are good and I always leave feeling relaxed.
The one element I’d like to see improved is the booking experience. I rang multiple times to book a Spa Day (not possible to do this online) and left my number twice but did not receive a return call. Finally I managed to book by email. However I did not receive any further communication re what I should bring, treatment times etc. In fact a change to the times was emailed to me 30 minutes in!
