around the pool area could have benefited from more than 1 lounger. It’s also so strange to me that around the pool area is carpeted, which was soaking so anything that fell on the floor was drenched. The jacuzzi squirted cold water out as well as hot. The room where we ate lunch had damp on the ceiling on one side. didn’t like sitting face to face with another couple when having afternoon tea, was too close and personal. No paper/plastic cups for water machine.
