The spa is very outdated. In particular the carpet by the didn’t seem hygienic.
As part of the spa package, I had a file and polish. Now I wasn’t expecting a luxury treatment in 30 minutes but it was appalling. My nails were different lengths and the polish was lumpy and uneven. I was in and out in 20 minutes so can’t help feeling that if they had used the whole time then my nails wouldn’t have looked so bad.

The place is dated and not particularly clean.
Despite signs everywhere saying no u16’s... a child was in the pool in the morning on our arrival.... where said child took a crap in the pool! It was shut all day!
The afternoon tea was in a communal fridge where anyone could have been poking there fingers in it. The massage was rushed. The therapist gave us a note saying it was 12.15 - the at 12 she came out demanding why we were not there... would not recommend or go back. Terrible
