I would give Shannon 10 stars. She was very pleasant and welcoming. My treatment was explained clearly and it was the perfect environment. The treatment was amazing!
All staff were lovely and the free tea or coffee was a nice touch.
It was my second time at The Secret Spa and I look forward to going again.

Shannon really took notice of me having an aching back and shoulder, she worked on those areas for me and I left feeling amazing after! :)

I think the best massage I have ever had.
Shannon explained the treatment really well and checked that I was happy with the pressure etc.
She really took her time and gave me exactly what I'd asked for.
I never felt rushed at any stage and was given lots of time to recvoer and dress.
Great value.
