On this occasion, it was a birthday treat. The whole experience was great from start to finish. The staff are lovely, the treatment was great and the afternoon was very relaxing.

First visit to Secret Spa for a spa day would definitely return
Disappointed nobody at reception on arrival, a note on the desk advising staff were with clients in treatment rooms and perhaps guidance as to where to wait or giving a specific arrival time when day guests could arrive when staff are available to welcome them and show them round would be advantageous.
The Running Fox Afternoon Tea is a nice addition to the day but giving guests the opportunity to choose menu options would be nice

Amazing experience! This is my second time at the secret spa for a treatment and I LOVE it. Everything about the experience is relaxing. The staff are friendly and attentive, and there’s clearly been a lot of thought put into presentation and making the environment relaxing. Things such as lovely smells, heated bed and throws, decor and cleanliness definitely set it apart from other spas I’ve been to. The treatments are always amazing. I come away feeling chilled and refreshed.
