My nails look amazing but the best element of this visit was the empathy that the staff had for me and how helpful they were in going above and beyond to help me out on a completely different matter. It's rare that you find people who are so kind these days.

I waited 20 mins, nobody acknowledged me - so in the end I walked out. Horrible service, glad I didn't give them any of my money!

Booked a Brazilian hotwax, was given a Hollywood without being told of any change. This is a more expensive treatment than what I had booked. I was then told to pay another £10 even though I had already paid £25 through the app. I was asked for what type of wax, I said hot wax, she then used strip wax, and then hot wax, (weird combination to use) when I questioned the too high a temperature she dismissed this and said it’s how it’s supposed to be. Aside from being swindled, there was still hair left, awful job that wasn’t finished. I was also told I couldn’t remove my underwear, I didn’t realise professionals were scared of vaginas.
