I booked an appointment for 10:30 as the Salon opens at 10. When I got to the salon it was closed, checked my email to find my appointment had been moved to 11. No apology nothing. My nails are of an ok standard bit sloppy round the edges.

My nails look amazing but the best element of this visit was the empathy that the staff had for me and how helpful they were in going above and beyond to help me out on a completely different matter. It's rare that you find people who are so kind these days.
