The manicure was fine, just really disappointed that 2 of my nails have already chipped after only 2 days. I would expect some sort of refund but unfortunately they have refused. While I appreciate the offer to redo them, I would have to wait almost a week before I’m able to get that done and would much prefer some of my money back. Otherwise they were friendly enough and did my nails quickly and efficiently. Such a shame it didn’t last

Overall, the least relaxing pedicure I've ever had. Nowhere to sit and wait for my treatment, eventually they found me a chair. Then there was a 15 minute delay where the person supposed to be doing it disappeared, her colleague went and chased her up. She had the foot spa around the wrong way meaning I scratched my feet initially putting them in. She turned it around when I pointed it out. She then hurt my toes when doing the pedicure and eventually I had to ask her to stop. I had paid and confirmed a luxury pedicure with foot massage, but she started to paint my nails before doing the leg massage. When I pointed it out she said they do the foot massage after polishing the nails.. when I questioned further, she was still adamant. But I insisted as I wasn't having shellac. Got offered a cup of "soothing mint tea" which arrived about half way through the hour treatment. When I pointed these things out to the senior woman she simply smiled and said I was there to relax, so relax. Couldnt wait to get out of there and if hadnt have paid already with my Treatwell voucher I would have walked out sooner.
