Absolutely terrible. This is a time when I should have taken other reviews seriously. I honestly don't know how these people have a license to practice. My hair was pulled and tugged painfully, and it looked absolutely terrible at the end. I ended up late for a dinner and talk I was meant to attend because all people in the salon started being difficult. The stylist started shouting at me for requesting a centre parting (seriously, I wish I was joking with this) and then tried to charge me extra, more than what was listed on Treatwell!

Great service- quick and mostly painless (as painless as waxing gets anyway). Was charged £5. I later realised I had booked it on the app for £3, so went back and they immediately refunded my extra 2 quid. Staff was nice and courteous.

Eyebrow threading - quick and great shape. I was not happy that the beautician used a dye toothbrush used on others to comb through my eyebrows for finishing. I had to ask for a soothing creme and mirror after the service. Plus there was some confusion whether the booking was prepaid or not which made the whole experience very offputting.

Don't be put off by the ambiance. Staff were super professional and friendly. Quickest and most painless wax I've had in a long time. Would definitely recommend.
