Over-charged -Beware
I paid online with treatwell before attending my appointment only to be told after it had been done that I still owed and additional £10 as treatwell apparently had out of date prices. I contacted treatwell who said they have been in contact previously with the salon in respect of how to update prices.
I think it’s unacceptable for the salon to charge more there and then, it’s not the customers fault.I didn’t feel comfortable to refuse this so I paid. I’ll

Incredibly rude staff and very dirty studio, I do not think Saleem had any training as I walked out with partially damp hair and no curl. Would not recommend.

The salon needs attention but the ladies were amazing and professional. They deserve to work in a professional environment. Great knowledge with regards to face shape and best suited style. Took extra care with the final touches. Extremely humble, friendly and professional hairdressers. I’ll go again for sure.
