The overall experience was good. The hairdresser was quite experienced and knew her job well. Only I found it a bit more expensive than other salons. Otherwise I was satisfied with my hair cut.

The staffs had no idea that I was coming with Treatwell but I love what they did with my haircut, professionally and fast. Also very friendly. Highly recommended.

I was very disappointed with the service here. I had booked an upper and lower lip threading. I actually only wanted my upper lip done, so I asked if instead of doing my lower lip they could get a few stray hairs that I have under my chin. I am talking half a dozen hairs at the most. They said fine, but then charged me an extra £5 at the end. I've been to many places where they charge a pound or two for that, or often just throw it in for free because there are so few hairs. So to charge an extra £5 I thought was unacceptable. Beauty 4 U is around the corner from here, and the staff are nicer, the service is better, and their prices are lower - it's a no brainer.
