Great service but my wax was wonky and more painful than usual, with quite a few little hairs remaining. However it’s great value and was done very quickly

On entering the salon there was so much confusion and it took them about 5 minutes to direct me downstairs to where the manicurist was waiting. She was nice but very rough and a bit too forceful with the cuticle cutting! Also, I actually booked at another splash salon and they called me last minute to say that they had overbooked and needed me to go to the soho rather than Charing Cross one. Overall not very impressed.

The girl who served me was nice. Very polite but this time I’m not 100% satisfied about the treatment. She didn’t respect the time it says on the Treatwell app to make the waxing. Obviously she was in a rush, she had other clients waiting. And at the end I was checking the job she did and I had to say to remove some hair she didn’t see at all. Usually, it is Maddalena who attends me and she is amazing! Next time I will make sure to have an appointment just with her.
