Probably the worst haircut I've ever had. Dirty towels and the water was too hot when washing my hair - no effort made to turn the temperature down. When it came to the haircut, the stylist seemed zoned out, barely gave eye contact. Then when I asked him if he could take a bit more of the weight out of my hair he said 'no' in an unpleasant manner. I just left feeling disappointed and actually upset by the whole thing. Not worth the money at all!
