Quick to see to me upon arrival for pre-booked appointment. Friendly staff, good head massage and efficient cut. I did ask for no layers and seem to have come out with long layers which doesn't look particularly great/a bit choppy and uneven but overall my hair is a lot healthier now and it'll hopefully grow out! Would return.

My therapist was lovely and listened to what I wanted. Very friendly and professional. Some aspects didn't get full stars which were not to do with my therapist or treatment but I always find it so busy and overcrowded. There isn't much space overall and not all the staff are friendly. Downstairs is tidy and less frantic.
