My therapist was lovely and listened to what I wanted. Very friendly and professional. Some aspects didn't get full stars which were not to do with my therapist or treatment but I always find it so busy and overcrowded.
There isn't much space overall and not all the staff are friendly. Downstairs is tidy and less frantic.

Good choice of colours. Recently had a refurb so it’s quite nice, but There isn’t a proper pedicure chair so you have to lift your leg up to have the pedicure treatment so it’s a bit uncomfortable.
