Salon is always busy and music is often painfully loud. The staff aren’t very attentive but that’s fine - you get what you pay for and you’re in and out. On this occasion however, my haircut seemed to take forever. I began to wonder if the staff member had ever cut hair before! I’m not super happy with it, but it’ll grow out.

Probably the worst haircut I've ever had.
Dirty towels and the water was too hot when washing my hair - no effort made to turn the temperature down.
When it came to the haircut, the stylist seemed zoned out, barely gave eye contact. Then when I asked him if he could take a bit more of the weight out of my hair he said 'no' in an unpleasant manner.
I just left feeling disappointed and actually upset by the whole thing. Not worth the money at all!
