Esther at Splash is great - always does a brilliant job with my hair and is lovely with it. Excellent value too and the other staff are always super helpful. Only really one thing that bothers me - the relentless banging tunes played at top volume make it a bit less relaxing than it could be, but maybe that says more about me than anyone else. It certainly won't stop me being a regular at my favourite London salon.

Quick to see to me upon arrival for pre-booked appointment. Friendly staff, good head massage and efficient cut. I did ask for no layers and seem to have come out with long layers which doesn't look particularly great/a bit choppy and uneven but overall my hair is a lot healthier now and it'll hopefully grow out! Would return.
