The receptionist was a life saver! I booked my appointment and wasn't paying attention and I actually booked it for a couple days ahead - she managed to help me fit in a slot at their Goodge Street location so that I could still get the treatment done before my event! I really appreciate that level of customer service, you don't see this often and they really went above and beyond for me. The treatment was quick and the beautician made sure it was perfect before I left! Thank you very much :)
