Pleased with my eyebrow shape however after my bikini wax I was left with quite a few spots of residual wax on leftover intimate hair which was painful to remove! The venue was being renovated literally as I was there and the room is very small for those who are very COVID aware. However, I did have my temp taken on arrival and hand sanitiser given. The therapist herself was nice, making sure I was ok at various points and the wax itself wasn't painful.Overall not too bad.

Always a top result with Francesco who is attentive to requests and is dedicated to delivering a pleasing result.
Not so good with this app which doesn’t allow me to use my loyalty card for my appointment but is on the other hand easy to use when the appointment needs to be amended.
I was however charged the extra amount despite having pre-paid at a special price with the app!

Decent trim, but please stop using single use plastics and please turn your music down - both of these points are entirely unnecessary features that lower the quality of the experience.
