An awful experience. My hairdresser was really rude, I think her name was Annalisa, she clearly just wanted to go home. Asked for the front of my hair to be feathered but she just chopped into half of my hair on one side. I had a rough dry but she didn’t even use a brush, she just dried it using her fingers. She then complained that she couldn’t put serum on my hair because it was too fine. She moved my jacket at the beginning of the haircut and when I asked where it was she just rudely pointed to the back of the salon and it took me a moment or two to even find it. Really unhappy with my haircut and will not be going back or recommending.
The receptionist however was really lovely. Shame about the rest of the experience.
