Had such a great experience! My hairdresser was lovely, made me feel super comfortable and was able to take what I had envisioned and build on it. One of the best haircuts I have had!

It was the first time I’d been to this salon. I’d booked a balayage as it was on special offer. I wanted a light brown - dark brown balayage in my dark black hair for a subtle look however there must have been a communication disconnect as I ended up with a blonde to blonde white/grey. I had mentioned that i didn’t want it to go too orange. I think maybe the stylist lifted it too much because of that but it wasn’t the look I was hoping for as it was way to blonde for me. I went home via a boots and picked up a semi permanent light brown hair dye so it’s now the colour I wanted. I didn’t say anything to the salon at the time as I hadn’t realised that a blow dry wasn’t included and i just wanted to get out of there and sort my hair out!

I was re-located to the Charing Cross branch as the store I'd booked at was closed (not sure why it's on Treatwell) so I didn't have this therapist. My manicure was simply bad. One nail was filed down so much it bled, parts of my skin were picked off when she did my cuticles, the shellac round the edges of some nails is jagged and already peeling off, the squoval shape I asked for is actually wonky. The woman doing it seeemed perfectly nice, but I would never recommend this place to anyone.
