Carlos was great - but the salon is really small, packed and quite unclean In places. It wasn’t a calm experience. But that said, it was cheaper than most.
I would personally pay more for a nicer experience elsewhere going forwards, but if you’re not bothered about it, give it a go

If you expect a serene salon experience then don’t come here… it was hard to communicate how I wanted my haircut, and I was left with damp combed hair for 40 minutes whilst my Hairdresser did another Customer’s haircut. My appointment took well over 2 hours unfortunately! I understand how busy these places can get but the lack of communication was a downside. The Olaplex treatment was great however! I didn’t see any clear use of Barbicide on Salon equipment either…
