The Hollywood wax- lady was friendly and kind however rushed the wax, completed in large sections so was more painful (made me bleed a lot) and left sooo much hair in patches. Also left lots of wax everywhere that I had to removed myself later. The session was completed in about 10 mins. No care was taken at all.

I’m not sure of the woman’s name who did my blowdry as her English was not great but she did an amazing job! I have thick hair so the way she did it with a brush and comb took almost 2 hours but she didn’t give up. The BEST blowdry I have ever had and I visit splash regularly. Truly outstanding and really appreciated her skills. The whole team are lovely.
