Booked with stylist. I arrived, they'd moved my appointment to another branch. Said if i came back in 1 hour i could have my appointment. I went back, stylist still not available! Had someone else, a very poor cut. Dont go! Terrible service overall.
When I arrived at the venue, I was told that my appointment had been rescheduled to the Soho branch and that I had been informed via Whatsapp (an app that I don't use). Fortunately, Leila was kind enough to take my appointment. While the haircut itself was good, the stylist forgot the free conditioning treatment. She seemed nice but her limited English skills meant that it was hard to have a hair consultation, let alone point out that she forgot the conditioning treatment.
