They called me to ask me to go to the Soho branch (already unprofessional). The Soho salon is a dingy salon with the only toilet not working (which is illegal). When I pointed it out to management they asked me to leave so they don’t follow the laws of the country. I reported them to the council of course.

Visited twice and left disappointed both times. Despite showing reference photos, my requests weren't executed correctly. 1st the layers, now curtain bangs done as plain layers. Staff are lovely but wouldn't recommend for anything beyond a basic cut.

Booked with stylist. I arrived, they'd moved my appointment to another branch. Said if i came back in 1 hour i could have my appointment. I went back, stylist still not available! Had someone else, a very poor cut. Dont go! Terrible service overall.
