Varnish not properly removed and nails cut far too short to the skin level

It wis the worst manicure I ever had… let alone it was called LUXURY.
1.Previous shellac peeled with nail without even waiting for acetone to dry 2. Cuticles not cut 3. New nail polish all over cuticles and not equally distributed 4. Polish LEFT UNDRIED (left with my nails still left sticky) 5. Extremely slow service where manicure took 1.5h instead of 45 min. NEVER AGAIN

Louis is a hair magician! I wanted a short, curly bob cut and he absolutely nailed it! I had the feeling he knew exactly how to cut curls to maximize their bounce. Thanks Louis!
