I was moved to the Soho branch on Brewer Street as Luna was on holiday but really rate the wax. Relaxed experience and pleased with the result - it might have been the paracetamol I took an hour before but was much less painful than expected!

I was moved to a different salon, which wasn’t a problem. The problem was that I paid for hot wax, but a different type of wax was used instead. It was very painful and caused much more discomfort than expected. After only four days, the hair has already started growing back. I’m very disappointed with the service.
